Steps:

1. Go into Country Story. [play] 
2. Do some work to make your stamina value change .
3. Open cheat engine and select browser in process list.
4. Set it to "HEX , 8 bytes, Also scan read only memory"
5. Scan "F28B000000A48889"
6. 1 address returned. (if no address return, try harvest, watering a plant)
7. Right click the result and click "Disassemble this memory region"
8. Right click the line "mov [eax+000000a4],ecx" and click "Replace with code that does nothing"
9. Now the stamina will fixed at your current value.
